Our group met with farmers, small business owners, and concerned citizens along the proposed Pipeline in Virginia, to hear stories and opinions that Dominion has dismissed. Each individual shared their hope for a more sustainable approach to the pipeline. They voiced frustration in destruction of natural resources and neighborhoods, for corporate gain. We heard inspiring stories and want to share their collective voices.

Learning from Narratives

FROM INTERVIEWS

We are people against the pipeline. Join us.

"I would rather have clean water, than be warm."

We are thinking of our grandchildren. We don't want them to play in

a backyard that is over a pipeline."

"I'm not an activist... I'm not a not-in-my-backyard person.

I'm only worried about safety."

"We're not interested in the pipeline, but we all know that their power to do what

they want to do, because of their dollars, is the driver."

"Once the valley is ravaged by the pipeline, there is no going back."

"Dominion has no answer for any of those questions."
